AIRPORT SERVICES

Richmond International Airport offers stress-free traveling at its finest, thanks in part to our thoughtful terminal design. Besides spacious ticketing and baggage claim halls, there are several shopping and dining options within the airport. Other amenities include an Inter-Faith Chapel, free WiFi, and a Visitor Information Center manned by Richmond Region Tourism – a great place to find information about Richmond and the surrounding region.

Thanks for traveling with us!

Responding to widespread customer demand, Richmond International Airport began offering free wireless internet (WiFi) in early 2003, making it a pioneer among U.S. airports not only for the sizeable footprint of the service area in the terminal, but also for the access on a "no charge" basis.

With wireless computer access at your fingertips in the terminal, you can reply to emails, check the stock market, read the day's top stories, keep your business moving or just surf the 'net. WiFi is available at the gate and in the restaurants, ticketing area, baggage claim area, Atrium and Business Center. It's easy, it's fast and it's free.

In town on business and need a location for a small meeting? Not a problem. Richmond International Airport's Business Center has two small conference rooms, with seating for four (4) and six (6) people, respectively, for rent. The rental rates are $30 per hour ($230 maximum) for the 4-person room and $40 per hour ($240 maximum) for the 6-person room.

For information about conference room availability and rentals, please call 804-226-3013, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Contacting Lost and Found is a good place to start if you've misplaced something while traveling through our airport. Items that are lost in common areas of the terminal, including at security checkpoints, or on EasyPark shuttles, may have found their way into Airport Lost and Found.

At RIC, Lost and Found items are managed by the Airport Communications Center. If you have lost an item in the terminal, please call 804-226-8585 (24/7).

Once ownership is confirmed, items may be 1) retrieved by on-site pickup (by appointment) or 2) shipped by U.S. Mail or FedEx (restrictions apply). On-site pickup is available during normal business hours. A photo ID is required. The airport will hold unclaimed property for a maximum of 60 days.

For items lost onboard an aircraft or in a gate seating area, please contact your airline.

For items lost in a rental car, please contact your rental car agency.

Richmond International Airport has two conveniently located pet relief areas for your four-legged travel companions. These two lush grassy areas are located conveniently between the parking garage and the terminal. Waste bags and trash receptacles are provided, as well as bench seating, in the clean, well-kept area.

Signage to these pet areas is located inside the terminal, but, as many visitors say, you simply "can't miss" the pet area. It is a verdant oasis that greets you on the way into or out of the airport.

Airport Accessibility
